CURRENT STOCK AND SHIPPING STATUS
All items are in stock and ready to ship unless indicated otherwise on the product page.

You can expect your order to ship within 48 hours
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are items still in production which will be shipped at a later date. If your item is a pre-order, this is indicated on the page you ordered from and in your order confirmation email. We will regularly update the item page with an estimated shipping date. We will make every effort to provide the most accurate date possible, but manufacturing times can vary – please bear this in mind when you place your pre-order.
In case of any unexpected delays to your pre-order, we will email you. Please add shipping@dreamcatalogue.net to your contacts or trusted senders list to ensure you receive our emails.
Orders containing a combination of pre-orders and in-stock items will ship when the final item is ready. If you would prefer to split your order, let us know. There may be a small additional shipping cost depending on your location and the size of your order.
You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the product is shipped. Please contact us to do so.
LOCATIONS
All orders are dispatched from the UK and delivered worldwide.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your items are in stock, your order is usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment. This may increase to around 5 working days during busy seasonal periods such as the first and last week of December.
You'll always receive an email notification the moment your item has been sent.
DELIVERY TIME

SHIPPING METHODS AND TRACKING
Our standard shipping method is tracked
The tracking number for your package, will be provided in your shipping notification email.
SHIPPING COSTS
To see shipping costs, go to your cart and enter your location. You can get significantly lower shipping costs by ordering all your items together. Please make sure you’ve added all your desired items to the basket before you check out.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
All customs & import fees are responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you enter your correct email address and phone number so that you receive customs communications. If you have specific customs questions please contact us.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change your address, add/remove items, combine orders or make any other amendments to your order, please contact us.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can cancel it up to 14 days after its arrival, provided you return the items to us in their original, saleable condition.
In either case, please contact us.
REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
We are happy to refund or replace any items you are not satisfied with, at any time after your order. If you receive a damaged / defective item or there is another problem with your order, please contact us.
If a limited edition item is no longer replaceable, we’ll send as close a replacement as we can or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please use the following guide:
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and return address. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
Digital download codes via Bandcamp are available upon request.
Digital download codes will only be provided if an order has been placed for the equivalent physical product. You may be asked to provide proof of your order.
